CANCELLATION POLICY

Due to the limited size of our circles and the planning involved in each series, registrations are non-refundable.

If you are unable to attend after registering, you are welcome to transfer your spot to another woman by notifying us in advance.

If a cancellation occurs at least 14 days before the series begins, we may offer a credit toward a future Self & Circle gathering if the spot can be filled.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer credits or transfers for cancellations made within 14 days of the series start date.

If Self & Circle needs to cancel or reschedule a series, participants will receive either a full refund or the option to transfer to a future circle.

COMMUNITY GUIDELINES

Self & Circle is committed to creating a welcoming and respectful space for all participants. We ask that everyone participate with kindness, openness, and respect for the experiences and perspectives of others.

LIABILITY RELEASE

By participating in Self & Circle gatherings, you acknowledge that activities may include movement, creative workshops, and other guided experiences. Participation is voluntary, and attendees assume responsibility for their own well-being during all sessions.

Self & Circle and its facilitators are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses that may occur during participation in our events.

By registering for any series, you agree to participate at your own discretion and responsibility.

By participating in any Self & Circle session or event, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Self & Circle, its founders, facilitators, contractors and representatives from and against any and all claims, demands, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to your participation, including but not limited to any injury, loss, or damage caused by your actions or omissions.
