Yes ~ many women join on their own, often not knowing anyone beforehand.
Our circles are intentionally small (limited to 20 participants) and gently guided, so you can settle in, take part in your own way, and connect naturally over time.

Come as you are. We want you to feel comfortable ~ no need to dress up.

We understand that life happens. While each series is designed to be experienced in full, you’re always welcome to participate in a way that feels right for you. There’s no pressure to do anything that doesn’t feel comfortable.

A key feature of our series is the element of discovery. Each session is thoughtfully curated and revealed as you go ~ creating space for new experiences, fresh perspectives, and meaningful connection. You will, however, receive details about each upcoming session and facilitator a few days beforehand.

If you’re unwell or something unexpected arises, please reach out. Where space allows, we’ll do our best to offer a credit toward a future circle.

Tea, coffee, and water are offered as part of every session. We kindly ask that you don’t bring outside food, unless medically necessary.

Yes ~ all sessions within a series take place in the same location, so you can settle in and feel familiar as the weeks unfold.

While our current series is designed for women to come on their own, we may explore offerings that include children in the future. If this is something you’d be interested in, we’d love to hear from you.
